Our Permanent Placement fees are highly competitive and are based on a percentage of the Employee’s annual salary. Permanent placements have a 3 month guarantee. In the event that an employee is released or resigns during this period, Trafalgar Group offers one replacement or the option of one replacement credit, which is valid for 12 months and can be applied to any permanent placement.
